Shipping and Return

Replacement and Return can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered is defective, has missing accessories or has physical damage within 48 hours of receipt.

Condition: The Shoes must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.

Packaging: The Shoes must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

Refund or Exchange: The customer may be eligible for a full or partial refund, or an exchange for a different size or style.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our support team by filling out our complain form here: https://monkeyshoes.com.au We will need your order ID and a few images of the product to process the replacement. The request will, however, be entertained once Monkey Shoes team member has checked and determined the same. This is typically reported back within 48 business hours.
